1) Connect to Yotpo

Log into Alfred or create a free account and connect your Yotpo account.

2) Select list

Choose an email list to import from Yotpo, and we’ll begin the free evaluation process.

3) Free health check

We perform free list health checks on all imports so you can see if your email lists actually need to be cleaned.

4) Clean list

Every address you clean with Alfred is tagged with easy-to-understand results and crystal clear recommendations, but we also include a lot of detailed information too.

5) Export to Yotpo

You can either download the results to your computer or choose what type of email addresses you’d like to keep and export those directly back into Yotpo.

6) Pick the way you’d like to get the results

Option 1: Creates a new clean list in Yotpo with the emails that give you best deliverability or best reach.

Option 2: Removes emails from the list you selected for cleaning, but not your Yotpo contact database.

7) Select the level of hygiene

Option 1: Best deliverability would give you only email addresses that Alfred determined to have the highest deliverability and lowest threat. If you picked the “Create a new list” option in the previous step, that would only include those addresses. If you selected the “Suppress” option, we’ll remove all other email addresses from your list and keep only those deemed to have the “best deliverability.”

Option 2: Maximum reach are emails Alfred determined to be likely deliverable with low-to-moderate threat levels. If you selected “Create a new list” in the previous step, that list will include only those addresses. Alternatively, if you picked the “Suppress” option, we’ll remove all but those that fit that level of hygiene.
